Windsor The windsor uses traditional elements to create modern flair. The fully hipped main section is flanked by two gabled projections that balance its dynamic design. The steep 8:12 pitch roof, 9-foot ceilings, and built-in garage are just a few of the features favored by contemporary homebuyers. Our two windsor models offer 2234 and 3124 square feet of living space respectively, and both have a garage. Our complete package includes all of the materials needed to build the "dried in" shell of a home, except doors and windows: all of the bolt together red iron steel, interior and exterior metal studs, window and door framing and trim (windows and doors by others), radiant barrier insulation wrap for the roof and walls, colored steel roof system with Kynar 500 paint (the best available), horizontal lap steel siding with a wood grain texture (looks like clapboard), gutters and downspouts, trim, nuts, bolts and screws. |
