Oakwood Based on our popular Summerhill view series, the Oakwood models feature nine-foot ceilings and two seven-foot deep porches, one in front and one in back, providing even more shaded space for relaxed outdoor activities. Four models, each with two suggested floor plans, range from 1170 to 1980 square feet of living area. Our complete package includes all of the materials needed to build the "dried in" shell of a home, except doors and windows: all of the bolt together red iron steel, interior and exterior metal studs, window and door framing and trim (windows and doors by others), radiant barrier insulation wrap for the roof and walls, colored steel roof system with Kynar 500 paint (the best available), horizontal lap steel siding with a wood grain texture (looks like clapboard), gutters and downspouts, trim, nuts, bolts and screws. |
