Golf View Contrasting elements come together to form our Golf View's distinctively handsome facade. It juxtaposes sloping angles and vertical lines to create a sense of both motion and stability. Like a waterfall tumbling over the rocks, the Golf View's multi-pitched roof flows down an 8:12 slope past cross-gabled dormers and then extends out at a 3:12 pitch to shelter the full-length colonnaded porch below. With such dynamic presence, this two-story country classic will be just as impressive in the suburbs as it will on the farm. Our Golf View models range from about 2205 to almost 2932 square feet of living space. Our complete package includes all of the materials needed to build the "dried in" shell of a home, except doors and windows: all of the bolt together red iron steel, interior and exterior metal studs, window and door framing and trim (windows and doors by others), radiant barrier insulation wrap for the roof and walls, colored steel roof system with Kynar 500 paint (the best available), horizontal lap steel siding with a wood grain texture (looks like clapboard), gutters and downspouts, trim, nuts, bolts and screws. |
